Scope of what we do
Lev Line is not a firm of chartered accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and does not carry out statutory audit or issue audit opinions. Where an engagement requires a certificate, opinion or valuation report that only a registered professional may sign — for example a registered valuer, a merchant banker or a firm of chartered accountants — that document is issued by an appropriately qualified professional from our empanelled network, and we say so before the engagement begins.
Lev Line is not a CPA firm in the United States and does not perform attest services or sign audit reports there.
Outcomes and estimates
Any figure, range or indication of potential savings, recovery or funding discussed on this site or in a preliminary conversation is an estimate based on limited information and general experience. It is not a promise, a guarantee, or a representation that a similar result will be achieved in your case. Outcomes depend on your facts, on documentation, and on decisions taken by banks, lenders, government departments and other third parties over whom we have no control. Fee arrangements, including any outcome-linked component, are set out in the engagement letter and nowhere else.
Regulatory change
Indian tax, customs, foreign trade, incentive and financial-sector regulation changes frequently, sometimes with retrospective or short-notice effect. References on this site to specific schemes, rates, deadlines or provisions reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may cease to be accurate. We do not undertake to update this site continuously.
