What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum our website needs to work.

This website does not run advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not use forms that store your information on our servers. Contact happens through your own phone, WhatsApp or email client.

Why we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where it is necessary, and only to the extent necessary:

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential as a matter of professional obligation, not merely as a matter of data protection law. Access within our team is limited to people working on your engagement. We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive, and we encourage it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as the conversation is live. Engagement records are retained for as long as the engagement continues and thereafter for the period required by applicable law, or as agreed in writing with you.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to hello@levline.co and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our custody, including access restrictions, device controls and confidentiality undertakings from our people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our practice grows or as the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
